Primary responsibilities includes design and development of the Amelia, a Conversational AI application which process the natural language and extract the intent and entities. It has variety of use cases including customer service, HR support and IT helpdesk support.
Designed & developed microservices, REST APIs, corresponding JAVA SDK and REST gateways to facilitate client interaction with the admin and agent interfaces of the Amelia platform.
Designed & developed learning and ontology hierarchical features which aims to improve Amelia intent/slot identification.
Worked on modules like T5 Paraphrase Generation, Question Generation and integrated with Amelia using gRPC.
Worked on End‑to‑End voice assistant architecture, includes call routing through freeswitch, load balancing through Kamailio, Media services resources through UniMRCP and Speech to Text, Text to Speech modules.
Led full project lifecycle efforts, providing leadership from design phase, through quality assurance testing and to final production.
Managed team of employees, overseeing hiring, training, and professional growth of employees.
Learned new skills and applied to daily tasks to improve efficiency and productivity.
