• With Integration with MDGS system through IDOC interface

implemented Vendor master data project for drug substances in

Roche.

Support Project:

• Handling the Incidents & problem tickets & Bug-Fix, resolving based

on priority which includes analysis and resolution of Incidents

• Work on ticket related to Batch job’s failure issues and resolving it

Around 2 years in Hindustan unilever was involved in Roll out and support project

Rollout

• During rollout of Srilanka project did Configurations, Unit testing and

retrofitting configurations from development to production.

• Preparation of mapping file and finalizing the list of configurations.

• Preparation of pre-requisites for E2E execution, preparation of

master data and test scripts.

• Execution of test scripts and resolving of defects during testing.

Support

• Handling the Incidents & problem tickets & Bug-Fix, resolving based

on priority which includes analysis and resolution of Incidents.

• Responsible for daily operations and meeting the SLA for Incidents

resolution.
