  • Started with handling a business of 30 lacs net revenue per month with a CM2 of 15% which included all the marketplaces except Amazon.
  • Grew Flipkart from 4 lacs Net Revenue to 18 lacs Net Revenue per month from August to December. ( Included investing in Performance marketing, telegram affiliate sales and in turn getting better visibility by getting the seller to Silver from Bronze level.
  • Industry analysis on market sizes across platforms, product mix and growth opportunities.
  • Handling complete India E-commerce from December onwards including Amazon with total business of 1 Cr. per month in India.
  • Handling PnL for Global Other marketplaces from December including Walmart, 40 Boxes, Macys and QvC having a total business of 1 Cr. per month.
  • Got the ETA for logistics in India from 7 days to min of 4 days by optimizing the production and planning process.
  • Optimized Performance marketing across channels in turn increasing the profitability(CM2) from 15% to currently 23% in January 2024.
