PROJECT: ALBERTSONS

Project 1: Control Tower

• Written SQL query to perform extraction and transformation operations of data in Azure Databricks and Snowflake.
• Supported initiatives for data integrity and normalization.
• Used various data sources, like a database, CSV file, Power BI dataset, Power BI dataflow, and Azure Analysis Service, and gathered data to analyze the trends.
• Developed a Power BI report and supported embedding the analytics in a React web application.

Project 2: Replenishment

• Troubleshot the Power BI reports whenever the report failed to meet the requirements.
• Performed QA and testing on the newly developed reports before releasing the report into the production environment.
• Worked on complex SQL queries using advanced concepts, like views, stored procedures, and various functions.
• Performed data cleansing operations and transformation operations using Power Query to meet the users' needs.

PROJECT : MORRISON'S

• Developed and enhanced Business Intelligence analytical reports utilizing Power BI.
• Utilized various visuals including Tables and Charts to interpret complex data.
• Created calculated columns and measures using complex DAX for the report development.
• Used the forecasting feature to provide predictive information to model the future based on past history, which added value to our project.
• Customers' purchasing behavior based on first purchase (whether it is small or large) as per client requirement.
• I have done a performance analysis and optimized the report for better interaction.

• Followed up with clients to verify optimal customer satisfaction following support engagement and problem resolution.
• Created support documentation that empowered and enabled the user community to extend skills, leverage system features, and find resolutions to questions without intervention from the support team.
