Job Profile:

A) Service Station Exposure:- From 2005 to 2012 at old workshop Floor Technician Involve in repair, overhauling and testing components like Valve Bank Assy, Hydraulic Pump, Hydraulic Motors, Cylinders of Heavy Earthmoving Machinery and Inspection, Reports submission, order the failed parts for the repair of sub- assemblies. Planning and estimation of required repair work and also site support for the commissioning of components as when required. Service Station Exposure: From 2013 to 2020 at New workshop Promote as a Floor supervisor for entire Transmission Bay. Repair testing & commissioning of subassemblies of Dozers torque convertor, transmission, final drive for D155,D275,D375,D475 for site support of EMTA and SECL FMC projects . Repair testing & commissioning of subassemblies of Dumpers, Wheel Loaders, Wheel Dozers torque convertor ,transmission, final drive brake assemblies for HD465, HD785 Dumpers, WA380 ,470,500,600,800 wheel loaders for site support of EMTA ,SECL and All Cement Industries FMC project located at Western Region .

Most Important and challenging project for me at L&T PSD – WEST NAGPUR From 2019 to 2020 Procurement of all Komatsu make Controllers and wiring Harness, Procurement of Siemens 160 Kw VVVF control motor and its L&T make control panel ,fabrication and design of entire set up of transmission test Bench for testing of Entire range of Dozer powertrain up to D475 and Entire range of transmission of Dumpers up to HD785 and other transmission of wheel loaders and Dozers also can be tested on it.

B) Field Exposure:- Service and maintenance of L&T-Komatsu construction and mining machinery. Commissioning of new Machines and its sub-assemblies and educating Customer about product & Maintenance Practices . Planning for Spare at customer site to minimize break downs of machine. Failure Analysis and feedback to department. Analyzing CBM reports, based on that carrying out preventive actions to increase the life of sub-assemblies and reducing the downtime. Field support at WCL, SECL, EMTA and including private customers. Exposure in Erection and Commissioning of Machine Such as following:-From 2005 to 2020 HD785-7 Dumpers 20 Nos at EMTA and SECL. HD465-7 Dumpers 20 nos at Ultratech Hirmi and Ambuja Bhatapara. D475A-5E Dozers 14 nos at SECL NCL and D375A-5 Dozers 04 nos at Emta Bhadrawati. PC1250 /3000 Excavator 7 nos EMTA , ULTRATECH AND AMBUJA Bhatapara. WA600 Wheel dozer 5 nos at SECL . WL 800 Loaders 02 nos at SECL korba.

Previous functional Summary 2003- 2005:- Posted at M/S Hindalco Coal Field Talabira Project Jharsuguda Orissa as a TECHNICIAN to handle the FMC project independently for 02 no 110 toner dozers D475 KOMATSU MAKE for 02 years from the period 12th March 2003 to 30th April 2005 . Handle institutional customer M/S Mahanadi Coal Field Limited by providing service support and business follow up at Orissa state.

Previous functional summary 2001-2003:- Worked as a SERVICE TRAINEE in different sections:- Hydraulic Repairs, Heavy Repairs & Engine Repairs, Electrical repairs & Fabrication repairs. Posted at BHUTAN for 06 month at Tala hydroelectric project under HCC after sales & service support of 90ck electric machine. Give service support to Institutional customer M/S ECL ,BCCL,MCL,CCL,SECL ,FSNL and OTHER PRIVATE customers.
