Negotiate administrative support agreements with U.S. agency leadership, ensuring service quality and resolving concerns, particularly in challenging living environments with limited community resources.
  • Advise senior leadership on internal embassy policies, drafting and reviewing official communications, including notices, memos, and policy updates related to HR, IT, Maintenance, Medical, Finance, and General Services at U.S. Embassy New Delhi.

  • Created a SharePoint-based submission and tracking system for management documents, streamlining approval processes for 300+ annual notices and memos.     Accomplishments:
  • Served as the President and Treasurer of the U.S. Embassy New Delhi American Employee Association (ASCA). Analyzed financial data, track trends, and create reports to support decision-making. Managed $6M in revenue across multiple business units, including a restaurant, bar, bowling alley, grocery store, and coffee shop. Led a $4M investment in treasury bills to strengthen capital reserves during the 2023 inverted yield curve.
  • Earned a Meritorious Honor Award for leading the G20 Summit 2023 accreditation process of senior U.S. Officials, including President Biden, Secretary of State Blinken, Secretary of the Treasury Yellen, and their staff. Created a Power Automate flow to accredit 1900 staff within the strict two week accreditation window.
  • Analyzed six years of air quality data in RStudio and presented findings and recommendations to optimize residential air filter schedules, achieving a balanced workload distribution (33.2%-33.4%-33.4%) and enhancing air quality for embassy staff in one of the world's most polluted cities.

  • Lead data collection and presentation with Reserve and Guard representatives to correct data quality issues that were identified by the VA, ensuring military personnel are receiving the correct benefits.

  • Developed and executed data cleanup measures as necessary within the timeline agreed upon by issue stakeholders.
