Upgraded the experience of the Data & Insights Marketplace from a Feature Centric view to an User Centric view. Introduced 2 new client impacted data products in CDI Marketplace. Resurrected the team’s clarity, structure, scope and prioritization across use cases in a very short span of time. Created an integrated, practical and yet aggressive roadmap to deliver on new functionalities and features. Made the CDI Marketplace GMC ready.
Setup and turbo-charged the Global AAI office within 60 days. Structured the FY21 strategic plan for AAI with S&C and AAI Leadership. Closely tracked the progress of the 8 strategic initiatives and supported as required (Ecosystem & Industry). Infused fresh thought leadership for AAI Management by bringing in select top external and internal speakers.
Driving Innovation Enablement for 5000+ Digital resources across India. Leading Co-Innovation workshops with clients. Working with Digital teams to identify new use cases and create digital MLPs (Minimum Lovable Products). Implemented a novel initiative, which led our team to win the 1st Prize in the 'Tech for Good' category in Technology Innovation Contest 2019. My whitepaper on XR for Physiotherapy was selected in the top 30 entries at the Grace Hopper Celebration India 2018.
Setup the Extended Reality (XR) Studio ground-up and built a core capability of 35+ resources. Established strategic relationships with global vendors (WorldViz, HP and Imaginate). Originated and brought in the first few XR clients for ATCI including a large Dubai based Client ($6M) and 4 Proof of Concepts (PoC) including a large German Bank.
