Krithika Raghavan

A key member of FIND’s External Affairs team, responsible for spearheading the organization's G7 and G20 engagement, and communications, and advocacy efforts in India. Additionally, oversees communications for FIND’s initiatives across Asia.

• Developing and executing FIND's G7 and G20 engagement strategy including driving strategic stakeholder relations and communications, developing high-impact interventions, reports, briefs, and sharing recommendations focused on diagnostic priorities in regional manufacturing, digital health, and PPPR.
• Leading the creation of a consistent narrative for FIND in India by convening policy consultations and high-level events, and implementing strategic communications to emphasize FIND's role in advancing diagnostic testing in India.
• Overseeing the development and execution of a communications strategy to highlight FIND's work in Asia with a focus on India, Indonesia and Vietnam. This includes leveraging newsletters, photo stories, media opportunities and social media to build a compelling narrative.
• Developing and supporting execution of s partnerships & advocacy strategy for FIND's women's health programme to drive impactful collaborations and advocacy to enhance women's health outcomes.

Managed two advocacy & communications projects on Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTDs) and Malaria across multiple states in India with project budgets of over $2 million.

• Spearheaded the formation of a coalition comprising policymakers and experts to engage the Ministry of Health on solutions to eliminate NTDs and malaria
• Led the conceptualization, development and execution of a celebrity-led mass media campaign on Neglected Tropical Diseases for the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare that was launched by the Bihar state government in July 2022
• Managed stakeholder relationships including with officials from Health ministry, state governments, media, parliamentarians, subject matter experts and influencers
• Led communication campaigns on global health moments such as World NTD Day and World Malaria Day that contributed to raising the public narrative on the diseases

Managed a range of responsibilities with the Catalyst Group of organizations with a focus on policy advocacy, research and analyses, communications and managing partnerships

• Led efforts to manage relationships with key stakeholders in the government especially within the Adolescent Health and Child Health Divisions of the Ministry and Family Welfare (MoHFW)
• Spearheaded an analysis of the POCSO Act's impact on adolescent health programmes that was submitted to the Adolescent Health Division, MoHFW
• Drafted several proposals, one of which has resulted in a grant of $300,000 to Swasti
• Worked closely with the organizations' communications team on articles, webinars and social media strategy

During a 6 month stay in Nigeria, worked briefly with WBFA, a leading African non-profit

• Helped with developing and strengthening partnerships to support WBFA's programmes on sexual and reproductive health; maternal, newborn, child and adolescent health; nutrition and gender-based violence
• Developed proposals and grant applications for prospective donors such as the United Nations and the Canadian and French governments
• Managed relationships with key stakeholders including partner organizations and universities

Developed and implemented advocacy and communications strategies to facilitate adoption of data-driven policy on public health challenges in India primarily TB

• Managed the execution of 5 high-level meetings including on international platforms in Moscow and New York by conceptualizing the meetings' agendas, developing briefing documents, and coordinating with stakeholders
• Led advocacy efforts to expand the TB champion base resulting in 3 new political champions in 2018
• Developed a white paper on Anti Microbial Resistance in the South East Asia region; analyzed policy documents, conducted detailed assessments, drafted the manuscript, and managed the human resources on the project

Worked across multiple departments to implement WISH's primary health programs in the states of Rajasthan and Delhi

• Supported business development by conceptualizing and drafting proposals for prospective donors
• Instrumental in standardizing agreements and contracts, and setting up internal structures relating to prevention of sexual harassment
• Supported pilots of innovative healthcare products in the programs by identifying and shortlisting promising innovations and assessing their performance.

Worked as a legal associate with leading law firms in India specializing in civil litigation, appellate work, and alternative dispute resolution

• Drafted writ petitions, public interest litigation, arbitration notices, civil suits, appeals, and interim applications
• Argued cases and received favourable orders from High Courts, district courts, and tax tribunals
• Managed client and external stakeholder relationships
