• Management of various SAP focused projects such as creating supply chain reporting via SAP, Country specific e-Invoicing and e-reporting projects and Azure focused programs such as cloud migration to Azure Data lake for MFG business.
• This includes facilitating, planning and prioritization of projects withing the program that has significant complexity across many internal business, departments, and entities. In doing so, work directly with partners, vendors, staff, and agencies to ensure project success.

• Plan and deliver the seamless transition of the project end-to-end solution into the support environment – including support for infrastructure, middleware and applications for Retail LOB.

• Deliver Service Level Agreements (and ensuring alignment of E2E SLA within associated agreements and contracts), budgets for Transition and Run & Maintain costs, Knowledge Transfer & Transition Plan to support stakeholders.

• Headed a team of 5 members in a successful transition of a highly critical project from Singapore to Bangalore. Involved in planning, analysis, training the team on process, documentation, building support and bringing the project to steady state.

• Part of the Domain migration project from Legacy GSGH domain to GSGHCORP domain (China domain consolidation).Part of transition team that migrated legacy GSGH domain to a new domain called GSGHCORP. Identifying risks and potential issues and assisting in resolving them. Preparing new process for new user account creation in GSGHCORP and putting together the best practices.
• Summer Program for Interns (2011,2012, 2013,2014 &2015) – Creating and testing over 2500 user accounts, mailboxes and NDS for summer interns across Asia, EMEA and Americas. Generating daily and weekly reports showing the status of the user provisioning. Identifying best practices and scope for improvement to streamline the process further.
• Part of the division restructuring project as a technology and process SME in analyzing, providing key data and documentation to the project team.

Administration and monitoring of over 500 Exchange 2000/2003 servers in Data Center via Terminal Services, Remotely. Actively monitory alerts and escalating to respective SME’s incase node failures, disk replacements etc.
