Project: Westpac Bank Corporation Australia, Payments Repository

• ISO20022 Message Validation & Requirements Analysis: Worked closely with Westpac Business Analysts and Solution Designers to validate requirements for ISO20022 messages, Mandate Payments System, Cross-Border Payments, and International High-Value Payments (MT/MX), identifying and raising gaps in the process.
• Onshore/Offshore Model Management: Led the development team for the Payment Repository project, managing the onshore/offshore model while ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between teams.
• SDLC & Production Issue Resolution: Led the SDLC activities during the crucial initial two years of the project, ensuring momentum and addressing production issues in collaboration with the client to maintain a steady pace of progress.
• Scope Clarification & Test Case Development: Responsible for clarifying project scope, providing effort estimations, and creating test cases to ensure quality deliverables. Supported the team in delivering JIRA items and handling production activities.
• ISO20022 Integration & Payment Search Services: Worked on the ingestion of ISO20022 messages into the database and developed services for extracting payment-related data, ensuring efficient retrieval and search functionality.
• Third-Party Payment Reporting: Developed extract functionalities to provide payment reporting to third-party platforms like NetReveal, BPay, OpenBanking, DDEP, COL, and Qvalent.
• Payment Reconciliation: Developed reconciliation functionality to ensure consistency between Orchestrator and Payments Repository, ensuring accurate financial data across systems.
• Production Deployment & TechPIV: Managed all production deployment activities, including TechPIV, ensuring smooth deployment of code in a live environment.
• Sparrow Package Creation & Server Deployment: Experienced in creating and deploying IBM Linux server packages using the Sparrow package.

Project: Agent Desktop

• This application provides service to AIB customers for any banking related issues by the agents
• Agents can perform all the customer’s activities on their bank accounts as per their roles and customer’s authorization level
• Agent Desktop have Cisco Finesse Integration as the softphone which helps the agent to change the availability status of the agent and record the details of the call such as time of call, duration of call, transferring of call, hold period of call
• Creating the UI pages using JavaScript, Bootstrap, JQuery as per business requirement
• Develop functionalities/services in Java as per the JIRA features
• Consuming micro service to implement a functionality in project
• Creating proxies by consuming DSLs of other teams
• Resolved JIRA defects raised using J2EE
• Building up the interaction of the application with Cisco Finesse APIs to integrate softphone .

Project: Contact Center

• This project provides assistance to the two third party applications namely, Compass and EWFM used by the business authorities of AIB to view the data of customer care services
• Used Data migration technique to load data using Oracle SQL developer into the application large stack in production environment
• Used Oracle Hyperion Studio to create the reports of the performance reports and on call activities of the agents with various parameters
• Used Complex SQL queries to get the data as per the queries of the business and communicated with the third party vendors as well
• Resolved incidents based on remedy tool using oracle SQL developer.
