• Currently working on migration projects. Migrating on-premises data center to AVS (Azure VMware Solution) cloud platform.
• In the past i have worked on multiple tools project such as Healing station, IT vending machines, Workblaze etc.

My Roles & responsibilities include:

• Creating project plans to fit stakeholder & customer needs & deliver with-in budget, scope, time & on desired outcome
• Creating leadership & client project reports, RAG status reports
• Defining project roles & responsibilities in closed collaboration with the customer including project scope & objectives
• Performing project audit & assuring project is compliant as per HCL & customer guidelines
• Conducting weekly governance meetings with customer and leadership reviews.

• Perform project tracking through clear & concise status reports, RAID (Risks, issues & action tracker) & Microsoft Project professional
• Initiating & governing activities like Customer Billings/invoicing, Project code creation, procurement, PRFS, Resource Assignations/delimitation.

• Managing and governing overhead budget & resource utilization & ensuring the smooth running of practice operations
