As an HR recruiter handling both IT and non-IT positions, likely have a broad range of responsibilities, including:

This involves creating job descriptions, posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
Candidate Evaluation: Assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit to determine their suitability for specific roles. For IT positions, I need to evaluate technical skills and experience, while for non-IT roles, I focus more on soft skills and industry-specific expertise.
Interview Coordination: Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all parties involved. This include scheduling interviews.
