- eForm Procurement Process - Intelligent Automation: As a UiPath Architect on this project, I designed and implemented an automation solution to retrieve all eForms and their details, including specific submission types, using APIs. The automation navigated to each Form ID in the web application, downloading various document types related to the eForm. It also created a corresponding SharePoint form with all gathered details, added an entry to the SharePoint list, and generated a SharePoint folder for each transaction to upload all related documents.
- Exception Intake Process - Automation: As a Senior Developer and Solution Designer, I designed and developed an automation solution to process Exception Requests received via two input channels: Ariba (web application) and Shared Mailbox (SharePoint requests). The automation acknowledged receipt of the requests by sending forms to the business. It tracked the approval process separately for each channel—approvals via email for SharePoint requests and approval flows for Ariba requests. The solution also included sending a final approval to the secretary via Adobe Sign. At the conclusion of the process, all related documents were uploaded to SharePoint, and the request was closed.
- Scheduling Burials: Led the design and implementation of an end-to-end automation using UiPath to process Appointlet emails, extract decedent information, and update Outlook invites. Automated the population of Decedent Intake Forms, uploading them to shared drives and scanning trackers for completed forms. Developed workflows to send confirmation emails regarding Scheduled Burials. Streamlined document management by compiling PDFs and uploading them to FileNet for final storage.
