PROJECT – Insurance
This project focused on automating the documentation process for an insurance company. My role was to gather and define all the necessary requirements to create a solution that would streamline and automate the documentation tasks for the insurer. To do this, I worked closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, and from there, I created detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs) to guide the development team. I also involved in the new automated system integrated smoothly with the insurer's existing platforms, enhancing both the speed and accuracy of document handling. This led to faster, more reliable service, which in turn increased customer satisfaction in the life insurance area.
PROJECT – Healthcare
This project was to develop a mobile application to help healthcare facilities and monitor staff activity and streamline daily workflows. The app allowed real-time tracking of staff locations, shift schedules, and task completion, ensuring that resources were allocated efficiently. My role involved gathering user requirements, designing key features like shift management and notifications, and working closely with technical teams to integrate the app seamlessly with existing hospital systems. This solution improved staff accountability, reduced response times, and enhanced overall operational efficiency—leading to better patient outcomes and a more smoothly managed facility.
