  • Business Expansion & Strategic Buying: Manage TMT buying and selling strategies, controlling procurement from RINL (Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited).
    Collaborate with B2B partners, and establish MoUs for regular material supply.
  • End-to-End Business Management: Act as the whole and sole driver of the sales process, while keeping oversight of buying, selling, production planning, material flow, CRM, logistics, and overall business performance.
  • Marketing Leadership: Collaborated with third-party marketing teams to manage the company’s brand presence, digital platforms, website, and overall online identity, ensuring strong visibility in the steel industry.
