• Work with finance team for invoicing of the associates deploy into the projects as per the rates agreed in the PO.
• Support project managers and sales team while budgeting by providing data in terms of rates of the associates and availability of resources for the new project enquiries by the clients.
• Work with TA team and Project managers to get the right associates for the sustain projects on time.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for revenue generated by each Sustain projects and sort them as per the project revenue performance monthly wise using conditional formatting and publish the same to management.
• Design and implement Power BI DAX queries to enhance data models created based on resources currently allocated to projects, available in bench, current skills possessed, required skills by projects.
• Create interactive Power BI charts and graphs to enable stakeholders to identify trends and insights.
• Work with L&D team to arrange trainings for the bench associates so that they can fill up the gap of resource requirements.
• Oversee the transition process going as per planned and provide weekly updates Power BI dashboards to Management on the same
• Supporting Vendors and PMs at the time of invoicing by validating the rates of the resources and the amount.
• Developed customized Power BI data models and visualizations for Skill tracker of all resources and support project managers at the time of resource planning with the available skillsets in the bench
• Publishing weekly progress report and dashboards on transitions in terms of KT and Onboarding of the associates into the different projects as per requirement set by the management.
• Improved dashboard performance by optimizing data load times and query efficiency using DAX and Power Query.
• Act a single point of contact for all the associates in terms of any support required related to access to projects platforms, assets allocation or any other queries.
• Onboarding Resources into the project as per the skillset matched.
• Preparing budgeting and cost estimation Power BI dashboards of the resources for the project.
• Attend PI meetings and support Team, PO, PM in creating userstories, aligning up program board (showcasing the team dependencies) and update ROAM board for the team.
• Capacity Planning and loading story points for the userstories after discussion with all team members, Product owner and Project manager.
• Run daily Scrums with the project leads and take the updates from each track.
• Setting System demo with the stakeholders at the end of each sprint.
• Draft and publish weekly and quarterly resource utilization report to the management.
• Project Creation and assigning the resources as per the project allocated to them.
• Maintaining the skill matrix of the resources and providing details of the right resources at right time to the project leads
• Arrange trainings and project induction with the help of track leads for the newly onboarded associates regarding the tools and programs the team is handling
• Run Internal Weekly Status report with the track leads and the management.
In LTTS I'm a part of Staff Augmentation services Department where we use to onboard Our LTTS engineers in Customer Captive Location.
As a PMO my responsibilities are as follows
• All Billing and Invoicing Activities
• Allocation and De-allocation of associates into the projects and Monthly check on the bench report and communicate the same to management by creating reports.
• Employees Skill mapping with the new requirements and fill the gap.
• Arrange Training programs together with project managers and technical trainers
• Update and mapping of engineers as per department and Maintain database of all engineers working at client place.
• Maintaining minimum number of associates in bench, and make sure bench associates to be deployed in COURSES & CERTIFICATIONS project again as soon as possible as a replacement or growth of the account.
• Communicating and working effectively with all Project managers to resolve issues.
• Track and maintain the database of the PO's and communicate effectively with the salesperson and the purchase department to renew the PO before due date.
• Arrange Weekly, Quarterly and Monthly status meeting with all project managers along with program manager.
• Record data from the meetings and interpret the same to the management.
• Act as single point of contact for all engineers and leads working at the client place
