Need to Manage - West Region.
1. Daily Pending Calls Review: Conduct daily calls with the team to review pending issues and assist in closing them within SLA.
2. DCR Report Management:Ensure that DCR (Daily Call Report) is received from all engineers.
3. Activity Tracking:Track all ongoing activities and share daily progress updates before leaving the office.
4. Attendance and Punctuality:All dedicated engineers must report to the site during defined office hours. Punctuality is essential.
5. Email Communication:Regularly check and respond to emails from the central team and users.
6. Asset Register Maintenance: Maintain the asset register with 100% accuracy.
7.Engineer Support:Conduct bi-weekly meetings with all engineers to understand their challenges and provide necessary support.
8. Team Management:Ensure smooth operations by delegating tasks, motivating the team, and resolving technical issues.
9. Maintain effective communication between team members and stakeholders.
10. Project Goals:Work towards achieving project goals effectively.
* Provide IT Support to 700+ employees in Remotely, on Call & on Site. Identify issues, analyze information, and provide solutions to problems.

Connect Video Conferencing Meeting & resolve issues related to it.
