- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, Managing end to end interview process including, HR screening and organizing interview sessions, salary fitment negotiation, employee verification & rolling out offer, Resource sourcing through dynamic channels like Naukri, social media, etc
- Job portal, social internal employee referral program and campus recruitment, Post Joining Formalities, Employee joining formalities preparing and issuing appointment letters, formulating the salary structure for new joiners’, On-Boarding, employee database, Background verifications, Payroll Processing, Recreation & related facilities, Preparing, monitoring Induction & Orientation and feedback evaluating, Completing necessary Insurance and medical cover formalities, Actively involved educate policy’s and development of new employees in the organization, Employee Engagement & Retentions, Organizing Events & Cultural Management employee engagement activities Monthly/ Quarterly/Annually, Employee one on one reviews Quarterly, Feedback analysis and improvements, Attendance & Payroll, Time Office & Leave Management daily/Monthly/Annually, Responsible for Monthly payroll processing, Enroll Biometric and issue access cards for new Joners, Performance Management, Coordinate with Department heads for HR inputs for review, Provide, Verify the employee data inputs to Head HR, Generate Appraisal Letters and update salary inputs in HR portal, HRIS, Preparation and completion of HR reports, HRMIS, headcount report, Monthly / Month – wise attrition report, Hiring status report & HR MOM, HR Operations, Vendor Management & General Administration, Handling all queries employees, particularly in respect of policy’s and procedure routines & ensuring that all such requirements are dealt with in a prompt & satisfactory manner, Administering Gratuity, And Medical Claims and liaison with group insurance, Preparing Full and Final Settlement along that reliving and experience letter, General administration- Responsible for efficient day to day operations/functions facilities and supervising and monitoring claims with regards to various reimbursements, Leave travel allowance, accommodation, Travel etc..., Organizing events, employee with family Team Outing, Birthday Celebrations and other allied functions of the organization.
