During Catalogue creation, a row was skipped and therefore all new EANs were mapped to the wrong ASINs. All the incorrect EANs were removed and the new EANs were added to the ASINs. The impact of this activity is two-folded. One being the reduction in creation of potential Andon Cords due to wrong item and the latter being the reduction in customer return which will increase the ASIN/Brand performance in due course.
  • Automated Resolution Model (ARM) was introduced in the EU marketplaces, and I was part of program since it's initiation and during the testing phase, was actively participating in the discussions to give suggestions and bring any changes required until the completion of the project. Later in Q1'23, took the ownership of onboarding and it was successfully onboarded in the DE marketplace.
  • Involved in the bulk resolution of the Andon cases as part of bulk resolution during the extreme high queue situation during the Q3 and Q4 of 2023. This involved fixing issues related to all products belonging to one particular brand, be it defective issues or catalogue amendments. This improved both vendor and customer experience.
  • Created an SOP for the Andon cords created for Damage issues of the media category products such as books, CDs and DVDs which helped in faster resolution and also improve operational metrics such as TP90, TAT and resolve count.
