• Mammalian cell culture.
• Performing day to day cell based bioassays such as cell proliferation, cytotoxic and ELISA for batch release and routine stability samples.
• Revival and maintenance of cell lines.
• Worked on mammalian cell lines (MNFS-60, HUVEC-C, U937, BT474, L929, WISH, UT7, WIL2S, UMR160) for Biosimilar products.
• In vitro cell based bioassay for Filgrastim, Pegfilgrastim, Ranibizumab, Etanercept, rHu Interferon Alpha 2a, rhu Erythropoietin, Adalimumab, Rituximab and Teriparatide.
• Prepared standard operating procedures (SOP), Data recording sheet (DRS) and Standard test procedures (STP).
• Have experience related to Change control.
• Have experience of excel validation, calculation verification and excel security verification.

• Given demonstration to US FDA auditors during US FDA audit (conducted in august 2022) regarding SoftMax Pro, Gen 5 Secure and PLA.
• Faced audits such as US FDA, Health Canada, Wockhardt, Kazakhstan.

• Attended Technology Fair held by B. V. Patel Pharmaceutical Education and Research Development (PERD) Centre, Ahmedabad.
• Awarded with 3rd prize in poster presentation held by Charusat University.
• Participated in LJ Innovation Village as a part of 'See your DNA' team.
• Participated in Biocalyx (poster presentation), an event held by St' Xavier's College.
