Description: Project aimed at preparing learning solutions to understand the Medicare and Medicaid systems in the USA. Various courses were designed to help different profiles learn the platform and use it efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Creating storyboards and courses on Articulate Storyline 3.
• Reviewing the developed courses to check for LQA and FQA.
• Handling client queries related to the SBs.
• Creating User Guides to help understand the process flow of the system.

Description: Project aimed at preparing learning paths for various business roles at Appirio Inc. and creating eLearning modules for an individual to achieve the set path.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborated with multiple stakeholders, vendors and SMEs to gather required information and successfully driven various projects.
• Curated eLearning modules by structuring raw content and designing storyboards.

Description: Deployed at Mercedes Benz R&D India. The project, Save for Growth, aimed at rolling out the different business processes followed across the Daimler group, to all the markets, through web-based trainings.

• Led the QA team. Reviewed test cases, monitored and tracked them thoroughly.
• Performed manual testing as well as initiated usage of automation tools like Selenium and various other web application tools.
• Created test documents such as Test Strategy, Test Plan, etc.
