· Oversee end-to-end movie-release license process, managing a portfolio of high-value clients in the digital media network.

· Liaison with key clients (like YRF, JIO CINEMAS, AA FILMS, PEN STUDIOS, T-SERIES, ZEE STUDIOS) for collection of revenue against movie releases.

· Leading a team of 7 people and ensuring that the workflow is going smooth & efficiently.

· Monitoring PAN India dues of all verticals to ensure that the outstanding is under control and at the same time ensuring that there are no show-losses.

· Collaborate with various internal departments across regions to resolve queries & disputes.

· Visiting the clients on regular intervals to maintain the business relations. Analyze client feedback and implement service improvements to enhance client satisfaction

· Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain data integrity in financial systems.

· Monitoring all relevant billing/payment documentation is in order and fulfilled by external parties.

· Compiling data & sending various reports as and when required by the management.
