EXIT ADMINISTRATION

  • Trained and Mentored Exit SPOCS of all locations and HRBP 's to ensure process uniformity,reduction of discrepancies.
  • Spearheaded continuous improvements in the exit process(Eg. leave reconciliation ,Absconder process,secondment exit) to make it robust and smooth for employees ,whilst ensuring that organizational policies are followed.
  • Supervised the stop and start salary input, final settlement inputs to payroll team for Mumbai and Bangalore.
  • Collaborated with all departments to close 900 pending settlement cases from 2009 to 2014 in a single year thus reducing pending backlog.

  • Lead the Research &Analytics COE for Capgemini India which dealt with weekly, monthly , annual headcount and attrition reporting to Senior Leadership and the group.
  • Instrumental in setting up automated flow of employee data into the Global Data Hub .
  • Maintained accuracy of input in Peoplesoft and ensured that Organization structure changes were reflected accurately in the system.
  • Managed the data and reporting at all India level for the annual Global Employee Survey. Worked as a key coordinator for all SBU’s and helped in the collation & reporting of quarterly GES action plans.
  • Provided HR responses to client specific RFP documents

DIVERSITY & INCLUSION– Bangalore lead for WINSPIRE team. My significant contributions included, initiating and managing vendor tie ups with renowned creches at an India level, Successful implementation of the Generational Diversity Workshops, Successful coordination and implementation of the weeklong International Women’s Day celebrations.

AUDIT- HR SPOC for internal/external audits such as SAS 70, ISO surveillance Audit, Group internal audit, PwC Audit, Client Audit etc.
