Practice Management Schedule Tasks Module:

• Gathering requirements from the clients and translating business requirement into system requirement and creating Requirement Specification Document.
• Conducting market research and doing analysis based on the product enhancement requirements
• Creating wireframes, mockups and incorporating it in the Concept Design Document.
• Reviewing Concept Design with the TLs and getting approval to work on the Functional Specification Document.

GAIN Online Community - Loyalty Management:

• Responsible for managing and drafting business needs, documenting new processes, and ensuring requirements of Business are met.
• Responsible for estimating time and effort for effective planning and forecasting work for effective utilization of team across cross team structure.
• Analyzing business processes, recommending improvements, and streamlining process by creating Business Requirement Document, Functional Specification Document, User Manuals and User Training.
• Platform Features include mobile application to manage the loyalty rewards platform for a client, kept in touch with UI/UX team to ensure that there are no issues with customer journey, A proficient Back-end system for Admin and Merchant panel, multiple Reports and multi login platform.
• Collaborating closely with technical team and QA to ensure that required feature is developed as expected and testing is done in appropriate manner.
• Weekly client call, reviewing test cases, performing sanity testing before UAT, Production deployment

SimplikA - An API Manager Product:

• Worked as a Product Business Analyst on the house API Manager Product.
• Conducting market research to enhance the product by suggesting inputs and creating documents.
• Creating wireframes for the new features to be incorporated in the existing API Manager Product.
• Maintain product backlog on discussion with the Product Manager.
• Maintaining task sheet for the existing tasks.
• Perform sanity testing before deployment.

• Worked on ERP software which was mainly focused on the process flow of Warehousing.
• Helped users with completion of process journey through ERP {Sales order to dispatch , Customer returns}.
• Prepared master data for companies as per their requirement and feasibility to upload prepared data in ERP system.
• Played key role and acted as liaison between QA and development team to yield best solution.
