Study Of Plant Efficiency At Pawane plant Of AdityaBirla Ultratech, 05/2018, 07/2018, The project was about monitoring and identifying the issues, where the company could make improvements at its plant and, improve operational efficiency of the plant. Problems data was gathered by observing the processes used for ready-mix concrete preparation, occurring at the plant and talking with the employees working at the plant. From the gathered data and observations at plant site, it was noticed that out of all the resources used, water was largest wasted resource. Therefore, reducing wastage of water in the plant was taken as focused study point. Various methods that included metering water dispensing, automatic shutoff valves etc. were studied and presented to the Company Management as recommendations for reducing water wastage.
