- I started my job as a graduate trainee on July 4, 2024, at Travel Food Service Chennai, which is a food retail giant at major airports, including Chennai International Airport, where I worked for at least 1.5 years.
- I got the exposure to work in all the terminals, and all the major outlets and lounges.
- My training period was divided into phases, where in the first phase my duty was to work at the ground level and understand the basic workings of the lounges and outlets. In my second phase, I was exposed to leading the team and acting at the managerial level.
- During this period, I was assigned several projects that were mainly related to food and how we can manage the transportation of food in a better way to reduce spoilage, etc.
- Some of the projects were the Dispatch Process of Food from TFS Main Kitchen to the Airport Outlets and Lounges, and the Need for Automation of Kitchen Documentation.
