  • Preventive maintenance - Implement and oversee the preventive maintenance program to reduce the risk of sudden failures of hardware equipment at the site.
  • Annual spend allocation - Prepare annual maintenance and operation budget for the site.
  • Internal compliance and ISO audit - Responsible and accountable for driving regulatory and internal audits.
  • SEZ compliance - Supporting Finance, HR, and IT teams to ensure the organization complies as perse regulations.
  • Investigate incidents related to employee concerns, equipment breakdown and perform holistic RCA with preventive and corrective measures.
