Maintaining records of employees’ status change i.e. confirmation, probation and increment etc., Supervising activities of the time office and maintenance of attendance, overtime and leave records. Maintenance of all employees’ personal files, official records keeping absolute confidentiality. Implementing HR policies and practices. Maintaining inventory of manpower data base, personal records.
