Managing Data Backup and security patches on the entire FDP Network on daily basis. Main key responsibilities are: Helping the FDP People based in various locations other than the USA and the region on all operational aspects of the Sage 500 (MAS 500), Providing IT support, CRM implementation (end to end) to internal employees at FDP Brakes & assisting the CEO/MD with coordination for company's IT security issues and updates.


  • Designing training materials with respect to the different data sets and modules in Sage 500 and training the team on the usage of the same.

  • Managing Office 365 Security, services and domain name and identifying the cost-effective methods to survive to achieve the company's goal. Apart from this, I am working on a module called, Checkpoint Harmony Connect and a collaboration suit.
