  • Company Overview: McDonald's MyStore covers essential elements and common requirements across all European Backoffice systems. MyStore was developed to replace the existing old products used by McDonald as RDS and SMS integrated with NewPos system. MyStore web application was developed to access the application on tablet. 52 countries were migrated to MyStore from its legacy systems.
  • Managed 4 separate scrum teams with 6 to 10 members each delivering work package of different area of MyStore product.
  • Effective stakeholder management involving various business teams including markets SPOC, BA and SMEs.
  • Created user stories and epics and prioritized the product backlog after discussion with PO and stakeholders.
  • Guided the teams in shifting from a waterfall mindset to an Agile approach, successfully facilitating their transition to Scrum methodology within three months.
