Clause 49 of listing agreement regulates the corporate governance of listed companies and also act reference for non-listed entities which includes regulation, board of directors, audit committee, subsidiary companies, role of institutional investors, stakeholders relationship committee, risk management, ethics, executives remuneration, directors responsibility statement, CEO/CFO certification.
