Hired on at start up newly liaison office in India by Korea Zinc Ltd - World largest smelters of Zinc and Lead ,reporting direct to Managing Director Responsible for staffing inside/outside sales & Marketing,Budgeting ,engineering, quality and metallurgy departments Pricing and Risk Management . Built Sales and revenue plans to meet P&L targets. Implemented Quality Management System and received AS9110 certification. Successful in adding GST registration as well as Bonded warehouse at ports registration. Implemented new CRM software. Managed four additional facilities sales teams, responsible for developing strategies for new business growth into new markets outside of galvanizing steel with main focus on new government projects . Products included; open/closed di casting alloys , Galvanizing, Lead acid batteries / Automobiles / Electronics /Railway Projects / Heavy Engineering Industries . In addition developed Power, Transportation and Oil & Gas engineering.   • Generated over $15 million in new revenue in first year and a half and ten new customers for base metal and their derivatives .
