• The Quality Expert is responsible for ensuring the appropriate measurement of quality of the process (involving identifying clinical documents, navigating HRs, native indexing (filing) of documents - a process that involves the understanding of the content and context of documents - assigning them a name, and uploading them to the appropriate patient's medical record) is completed with the highest quality and efficiency.
• The responsibility also involves preparing medication orders, and sending information to the clinical staff with appropriate communication modalities.
• It involves comparing information between two medical records, identifying and highlighting differences, and resolving conflicts to ensure complete accuracy of data.
