MMAD Is an online payment gateway launched in the year 2014. They are currently working with IRCTC (as IRCTC IPAY) and Delhi Metro (as Autope). I was working as an operation executive, where I use to coordinate with acquirer banks and IRCTC team regarding, the transections of sales that have been done or refunds that need to be refunded to the customer's account by doing:
● Settlement: - Of the transactions done last day
● Merchant Reconciliation: -Reconciliation of the merchant payouts they are doing on a daily basis by visiting IRCTC headquarters on regular intervals of time.
● Bank Reconciliation: -Reconciliation of the bank payouts they are doing daily.
● Refund: - Refunding the amount into the customer's account
● Nodal credit: - Entering the amount credited to the Nodal account into the system.
● Payout: - Depositing the amount into the Merchant's account and Acquirer bank's account
● Coordinating with banks regarding refunds, MPR file (Merchant Payout Report) or reconciliations
● Coordinating with the IT Team regarding system errors.
