- Establishing & implementing Planning & Project Management process across the running projects for a better monitoring & control of the project in terms of time, cost & quality
- Coordinating with the project teams, clients, design consultants, contractors, vendors and provide necessary Project Management support to Project Managers
- Developing Micro level project baselines in MS Project/Primavera as per the client requirements
- Monitoring & controlling projects w.r.t time overruns resource deployment, cost and quality compliances to ensure satisfactory execution and smooth handling of the project
- Reviewing & Analyzing tender documents for the scope of works awarded by the clients and preparing project preliminary submittals Method statements, Work schedule, Mobilization plan, project control tools
- Preparing project process reports and notifying the management with the criticalities and recommendations
- Periodical planning of activities in consultation with project head and respective project managers to monitor progress and billing targets
- Preparing MIS ( Management Information System ) that includes various project reports on monthly basis.
- Review the P/C Bills and Client bills for Reconciliation, check for deviation and track the project as per financial progress
- Visiting project site in case of critical delays due to internal and external hindrances and reporting the same to management and concerned stakeholders
- Providing Weekly, Bi Weekly, Monthly Look ahead for Procurement and Execution Activities
- ERP implementation at site related to store ( Material Management System) successfully and has been a change agent at site
