Job Description
The Implementations Project Manager is responsible for overall transition from the point of sale to handoff to ongoing service teams for new clients and existing clients. Having superior client facing skills which include listening, communication, collaboration, adapting and properly assessing client needs is highly critical. Role requires to extensively connects and works with Clients, Prior Record Keepers, Advisors and Third-Party Administrators. To coordinate a wide variety of responsibilities among upstream and downstream teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks. Delivering an optimized estimate leads to increased revenue and client satisfaction. This role prioritizes workload of others based on urgency, risk, importance, and client expectations.
Responsibilities of Project Manager
Ø Manages multiple projects and project steps for new and existing clients; oversees these projects as they progress through internal processes to ensure completion and accuracy for clients.

Ø Working with the prior plan trustee & record keeper which includes coordinating the transfer of plan assets as well as all of the other data elements associated with the plan's conversion.
Ø In managing the asset transfer process, we are responsible for directing the transactions on Fidelity Participant Recordkeeping System (FPRS).
Ø Reconciling the assets received with the corresponding participant balances. This includes researching issues with the prior trustee, prior record keeper and client so the issues are resolved timely.
Ø Playing the SMEs role in the team and providing the end-to-end training to new hires and floor support.
Ø Leading from the front on the process related initiatives or testing on any of the new tools introduced within the team example Beacon and DEX Adaptia.
Job Description
Process and setup accounts of US customers managed by Registered Investment advisors. Processing includes validation and keying of the data provided by the customer to open Retirement, Non-Retirement, Profit Sharing Plan accounts, Business accounts, and College saving plan accounts. Along with that process Transfer of Assets for the US customers to their Fidelity accounts
Responsibilities
Ø Domain expertise of end-to-end process knowledge and playing the SME role.
Ø Conducting on board process trainings for the new hires.
Ø Workflow/ SLA management to ensure work completed on time and reporting to higher management.
Ø Publishing MBR deck and other Dashboard reports to the Management
Ø Quality check and assurance, preparing RCA, identifying action plans for the better-quality output.
Ø Handling Weekly SME calls with Internal partners to bridge knowledge gap.
Ø Mentoring low performers in team and getting required results.
Ø Timely communication with the partners and understand if their requirements are being met and answer their queries and take feedback on our quality and production.
Ø Being a liaison between the Associates and Senior Management team.
Ø Dealing with advisor’s maintenance activities like standing instructions (EFT, Bank wire), Fund transfers (Automatic investments, Automatic withdrawals) and others maintenance features like Bill pay, check -writing.
