• To ensure the implementation of Nestle safety , Health and Environment Management System (SHE) and promote awareness or its use among all division and department personnel.
• To improve the SHE and quality awareness of the staff,contractors and general public due to lack of understanding of danger and risk assessment before assessment before commencing any activity in the plant.
• First line troubleshooting,preventive (PM),corrective and breakdown maintenance on maintenance on Mechanical , pneumatics and control systems.
• To Plan and execute Schedule and allocate daily maintenance Plans.
• To generating preventive maintenance Plans, updating man hours and equipment history in AMM according to the maintenance schedule provided by the OEM.
• To review KPIs & Budget allocation and take necessary action to meet targets.
• To coordinate and follow up with Asset Material Management department to ensure required availability of spares & consumable materials.
• Modification and Improvement on the machine / Equipment.
• To complete failure / incidence reports related to Mechanical and pneumatic control systems
• To provide assistance and support to major & minor project, Plant modification as and when required.
• Having experience on BOSCH high speed pillow packing machine Robotic top loader.
• Having experience on Buhler mixer and Conch machine in chocolate processing.
• Having experience on Chocolate molding machinery like AASTED and OPM.
• Having experience on Guerin sugar powder conveying system
• Having experience on HEBANSTRAIT wafer backing oven and layering machines.
• Active member in TPM MWG.
• Breakdown analysis using problem solving techniques like GSTD and BDA.
• Lubrication Management.

I was part of team in Installation and commissioning the following projects:

• BOSCH packaging line (Kit Kat)
• Domino laser / Injet printer.
• Corazza Maggi Soup cube production line.
• Had been to Factory Assessment Test in IMA Corazza Bologna ITALY.
• Nescafe 3 in 1 coffee line
