Generated monthly construction programs in sync with approved budgets and construction sequence for major substructure elements (raft foundations, piers, pier caps).
Maintained daily interface with client teams for coordination on progress review meetings, hindrance resolution, and project issue tracking.
Oversaw subcontractor progress tracking, resolved execution bottlenecks, addressed payment disputes, and conducted timely performance evaluations for vendor management and rating.
Project Portfolios: - MAHSR - C3 Project Budget - 15,697 cr. Project Description - Delivered the final 135km civil package of the Mumbai-Ahmedabad High-Speed Rail, including stations at Thane, Virar, and Boisar, viaducts, river bridges, tunnels, and the iconic Vaiterna River bridge.
CMRL EV03 Project Budget - 1503 cr. Project Description - Constructed a key elevated metro section with multiple stations between CMBT and Venugopal Nagar, featuring a cut-and-cover section at Assisi Nagar and a depot link to Madhavaram Depot.
