  • Supported the development of a unified annotation tool for 10+ programs of the org, owning reporting solutions and delivering 40+ metrics for business reviews. Collaborated with 30+ stakeholders to document user stories, processes, and data flows. Managed end-to-end reporting architecture, from infrastructure setup to scheduled metric delivery.   • Supported an org wide initiative, took ownership of catalog analysis for clickstream impact metrics, including glance views, search impressions, and order amounts.
