- As a Special Education Teacher at Indian Public School, Shahpura, Bhilwara, I am responsible for supporting and educating students with special needs, alongside teaching mainstream students up to the TGT level in Mathematics and Science.
- Teaching and mentoring children with special needs, focusing on both academic and daily living skills.
- Designing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each special needs student's learning and developmental requirements.
- Providing academic instruction to general education students in Mathematics and Science up to the TGT level.
- Maintaining effective classroom management, ensuring an inclusive, supportive, and safe learning environment for all students.
- Creating and executing lesson plans that accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Collaborating with school staff, parents, and therapists to monitor and enhance students' progress.
- Conducting assessments and maintaining proper documentation for both academic and developmental tracking.
