Responsibilities:

• Documentation of all aspects of SAP PS implementation, i.e. Business process documents, functional specifications, test plans, and test scripts.
• Day-to-day AMS tickets from users of various countries through the SNOW ticketing system, analyzing them, and providing the best possible resolution.

• Understand the receiving of tickets from users through the internal ticketing system, analyzing them to know what the ticket involves.
• Configuration changes require new enhancements or can be solved at this level.

• Prepared process manuals to help users appreciate the business process for new development.
• Creation of customized reports, enhancement, and new functionality.

• Go live and post go-live supports.
• Preparation of as-is documents as per business requirements.
• Unit testing, system integration testing with other modules.

• User calls for support issues.

• Preparation of prototypes, work breakdown structure and execution documents were created for all projects
• Review of high level requirements and agreed on overall design
• Final report was prepared and submitted for final acceptance
• Managing stakeholders by constantly upgrading them with schedule and work action plan
• Involved in determining scope of the project and finalizing project management plan
