• Order to Cash: Creating Sales Order in SAP and raising bills to customer for both export and import shipments based on the contract and Incoterms.
• Procure to Pay: Creating Purchase Order and checking the three-way matching of P.O, G.R and I.R for processing payment to the vendors.
• Accounting - Month end closure activities such as reconciliation of records, review and record accruals for books closure.
• Coordinating with the AR team to review the Statement of Account and follow up with customers on invoice issues or cancellations and also checking and clearing Vendor Invoice workflows for prompt AP clearance.
