Accomplishments

  • Initially began my journey in Arvind by focusing on Fabric Sourcing, Subsequently, transitioned into the brand team, expanding my responsibilities and contributing to brand development
  • Later, transitioned once again, this time into the Supply Chain Planning & Operations department, where I mastered my skills in managing and optimizing supply chain processes, with this I was entrusted the responsibility to being a core member of the SAP implementation team
  • Awarded the Certificate of Excellence twice, once awarded by the MD and the second time by the CEO
  • First award was granted for demonstrating exceptional agility in responding to a fire accident that resulted in the loss of the entire merchandise, Swiftly developed and executed alternative solutions to minimize the impact on business
  • Second award was received for successfully developing and implementing a Road Show order booking software, this innovative solution significantly reduced the order processing time from 20 days to almost zero, resulting in zero errors and enabling a transparent flow of data
  • Established standard operating procedures (SOPs) for supplying merchandise to the liquidation channel, resulting in a healthy bottom line and quality products
  • Developed clear SOPs for handling returns, ensuring efficient and effective processes, which reduced multiple follow-ups by different teams, smoother process and data flow, reduced infinite timelines to planned 90 days, hence effective turnaround of inventory for upcoming EOSS and this paved way for providing a minimum of 30,000 units of size-set stocks every season from pull back to Online billing and this ensured topline revenue of 3 crores
  • Led the initiative to identify new fabrics for the launch of the Party wear collection "NEON" in the brand LEE
  • Collaborated on a project to create and develop a distinctive category of yarn-dyed indigo's specifically for shirting, procured from decentralized sources.
  • Effectively strategized and implemented the procurement and delivery of Shawls for the label Cecil, marking a successful new venture for the TCNS
