· Supervise & coordinate with the CRO & field operators for operation of Topside modules.

· Prepare safe work permits R CoW adhering to offshore safety standards.

· Supervise & coordinate with maintenance department for the timely maintenance.

· Isolate and reinstate process and utility systems for maintenance & repair as required.

· Training and development of CCR Panel operators as required.

· Overlooking of data being filled in DPR.

· Monitor consumption of chemicals and liaise with materials coordinator with respect to departmental requisitions.

· Ensure production procedures are up to date and relevant.

· Handling of operational emergency situations, including process interruptions/upsets, unplanned shutdowns and emergency shutdowns.

· Prepare and review of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and HIRA.

· Trouble shooting of plant reliability issues and responsible for optimizing the utilities consumption.

· Well versed with FPSO top side Operations (Control Room Operations- Well Head to Sales): Inlet gas system (HIPPS), HP/MP/LP/Test separators, Glycol Dehydration & Regeneration, Mercury removal units, Condensate handling and offloading, HP/MP/LP/Export Compressors, Methanol Injection, produced water treatment and Fuel gas conditioning adhering to all relevant Process safety requirements.

· Perform subsea activities such as well Start up/shut down, XMT Integrity test, SCSSV Functional test, production choke opening and well testing as per Reservoir guidelines.

· Monitor and troubleshoot hydrate mitigation system such as Methanol injection.

· Logging and reporting of onboard operational incidents.

-Good understanding of Control philosophy and ESD system

-Safe and smooth run of various critical equipment like Gas Turbine Compressors, Reciprocating Compressors, Condensate stabilization units, Separators and Gas Dehydration unit (GDU).

-Periodical SOP reviews and MOC review cycles for plant modifications

· Responsible for carrying out the field activities in Gas inlet facilities, Gas dehydration Unit using TEG, 2 - phase separators, Scrubber, 3-phase separators.

· Responsible for handling of condensate stabilization units, Instrument air compressors, N2 generation system and Fuel gas system

· Responsible for equipment change over, preparation of equipment for maintenance, equipment condition monitoring through LLF.

· Responsible for seamless hand over and takeover of the shift.

· Liaise with the CCR regarding field activities.

· Responsible for handling of emergencies.

· Responsible for plant start up and shut down.

Experienced in handling of gas turbine compressors.
