• Monitoring the progress of the project at the site from marking till execution. Preparing concrete quantities and BBS as executed at the site and also coordinating with the clients. Preparing Client and Sub Contractor's bills. Verifying and studying the drawings like architectural and structural before the work is being executed. Monitoring the progress and ongoing activities of the project as per the schedule. Reporting and discussing with the Project Manager, regarding the activities and risks of the resources such as labor, material, status of the project, etc. Preparing Reports on progress, daily and weekly basis.
