• Build relationships with dealers, agents, and partners (especially for two-wheeler loans).
• Guide customers through eligibility, documentation, and loan options.
• Explain loan products, interest rates, EMI plans, and terms to customers.
• Assess customer needs and recommend the best loan solutions.
• Handle escalations or issues that junior sales executives cannot resolve.
• Do preliminary checks of customer applications (CIBIL score, income proofs, KYC).
• Ensure only creditworthy customers are forwarded for approval.
• Minimize NPAs (non-performing assets) by ensuring proper screening.
• Verify that all loan files have correct documentation (ID proof, address proof, income proof, vehicle details).
• Ensure compliance with RBI/NBFC guidelines and company policies.
• Coordinate with backend/credit/collections teams.
