Audits and Compliance (Statutory and Tax)
- Preparation of consolidated as well as standalone balance sheet in compliance of Schedule III of the Companies Act, 2013 with time & accuracy norms
- Scrutiny of ledger accounts and vouching of books like Purchase Book, Sales Book, Cash Book, Journal Book, etc
- Assessing and coordinating for Statutory and Tax Audits; evaluating internal control systems / procedures to highlight shortcomings and implementing necessary recommendations under the Companies Act, 1956 for clients
- Handling various company law related matters, such as incorporation of companies, filling of different forms with the ministry of corporate affairs (MCA), Annual return filling, etc
- Preparing audit reports per the new reporting requirements of Companies Audit Report Order, 2003 (CARO).
