• As a lead my responsibilities is to manage key activities involve in the development of the E learning projects
• The team comprises of IDs, Video specialist, GDs, APDs, LMS admins
• Reviewing and updating Process documents, Meeting and brainstorming with the development team to analyze project requirements
• Acting as an interface between clients and development team
• Scheduling and coordinating with Learning Consultants, Managing and tracking project progress, Requirement gathering during Kick Off calls (usually understanding visibility of the course, audience type, deadline, type of learning event, foresee risks, technology challenge, resource availability…etc)
• As an additional responsibility, I also use to manage the delivery of Translation courses through vendor support.

Responsible for delivering hand-picked learning solutions at Client location.

• Project 1 Created and delivered simulations using U perform, user manual and job Aids for Stakeholders from Europe location. This was SAP based project where the process needed to capture learning progress on SAP ERP. It was team with 6 members. My efforts were appreciated for precise needs identification and time bound rollout of project.
• Project 2 I worked as an individual contributor for this project. Stakeholders are same and it was next wave of the previous project which I completed earlier. In this project client interaction, creating/Editing simulations, delivering them and getting them signed off was administered by me single handed.
• Project 3 A signature project with the clients with major financial interests of the organization (client). This was again SAP based project but this time it was web based for called FIORI. Team coordination, following the process and guidelines and SME interaction was pivotal. It was successfully accomplished though the timelines were cutting too close.
• General Business Activities: Developing WBT on Articulate Storyline, Testing e-learning courses for SCORM compliance. Testing E learning courses on LMS (Success factor/ Nourishing U).
