1. Working as an IBM Workload Scheduler (IWS) administrator for Unix and Windows environments.

2.Supported policies including 401(k), 457, and other defined contribution/defined benefit plans used as retirement solutions.
3.Contributed to migration of host systems while ensuring existing batch processes and business logic remained stable.
4.Responsibilities included code changes, issue analysis, unit testing, regression testing, bug fixing, and handling production abends/support.

Worked in mainframe batch production support in the Wealth Management domain, including both support and re-engineering work.

2.Gained expert knowledge in the mainframe domain across 200+ applications, and an end-to-end understanding of mainframe EDW and Autosys supporting 250+ applications.
3.Monitored batch cycles and resolved production failures such as job abends, file transfer issues, permission problems, code errors, and connectivity failures.
