Relevant Experience - 12 Years of hands-on experience into ‘Change Management’. Proven experience Leading Change Management processes in large organizations. Experience working with multi-functional teams to lead complex changes. A good understanding and exposure into Agile and DevOps environment.

♣ Assess the change impact: Complete change management assessments. Conduct impact
analysis, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
♣ Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities. Coordinate efforts with
